Services
Four ways in, one team
Take one service or all four. Fees are fixed per stage and agreed before any work starts.
Restoration
Old buildings put back into use: surveyed, repaired with materials that suit them, and fitted for how people use them now.
What you get
- Measured survey and condition report
- Conservation plan agreed with heritage bodies
- Repair drawings and specifications
- Site supervision through the works
Questions
Do you work on listed buildings?
Most of our restoration work is on protected buildings. We prepare the documents heritage bodies ask for and meet them early.
How long does a survey take?
Two to six weeks for most buildings, depending on size and how much is hidden under later work.
Wayfinding
Signs, maps and numbering that let people find their way the first time, in every language they read.
What you get
- Route study with real visitors
- Sign family and placement plan
- Bilingual and right-to-left typography
- Printed and digital maps
Questions
Can you work in Arabic, Bangla or Turkish?
Yes. We set every language on the same grid, with right-to-left scripts first where they are the main language.
Interiors
Rooms for learning, staying and gathering, fitted carefully into the buildings around them.
What you get
- Layouts and finishes
- Furniture and joinery
- Lighting design
- Procurement support
Questions
Do you take on new buildings?
Yes, though most of our interiors are inside existing ones, where the fit matters most.
Engineering
Structure, daylight and passive cooling worked out early, so the building does the work before machines have to.
What you get
- Structural assessment
- Daylight and thermal modeling
- Passive cooling strategy
Questions
Do you work with other architects?
Often. We join teams as engineers for daylight and passive cooling, from the first sketch.
